Colombian El Mirador Coffee

This amazing coffee produced by the well known Elkin Guzman from the El Mirador farm. The coffee is from the Caturra variety and is a honey processed coffee. Only the ripest cherries make the cut, hand-selected through sieves to remove defects. They rest in plastic barrels for 96–120 hours aerobically before being pulped and sun-dried under canopies for 18–25 days. The coffee has flavour notes of sugarcane candy, lemongrass, honey and mint and has scored 86/100 on the SCA grading system making a true speciality coffee
