Description
Here's our suggested recipe to try at home:
- 16oz bag of Cold Brew Blend (coarsely ground)
- filtered or spring water
- food safe container (ex: large jar, french press, or pot)
- filter system for straining out the grounds (cheese cloth, large coffee filters, french press, etc)
We like to use about 2.5oz (71 grams) of coffee per 20oz (570 ml) of water
To make:
- Add your coarsely ground coffee to your container of choice
- Add your water
- Cover
- Let stand at room temp for 12-14 hours
- Strain/filter out grounds
- Enjoy over ice
*Cold Brew keeps in the fridge for about two weeks if covered or bottled.
