Description

Oh my goodness, what balsamic notes! A bold aroma mingles with impressions of ripe fruit and floral notes… in a few words, a bouquet of aromas. Both aromatically and on the palate, this wonderful balsamic mint note stands out, evoking the color green! It then develops on the taste buds into sweetness, with a pronounced peach note that gives the palate an incredible juiciness. In the finish, a pleasant bitterness creates a sense of balance in the cup, reminiscent of cola, chinotto, and tamarind, along with that brown sugar quality that makes our cup so balanced.

For anyone who has never tasted a “Competition Lots” coffee, this is the ideal coffee for understanding what the difference is—and where it lies—between a specialty coffee scoring 80–90 points and one that can aspire to a score of 100.

You may be wondering: why? Because I’m ready to bet that you’ll fall head over heels for it; this is the coffee that will truly give you an unforgettable experience. It’s absolutely a coffee I’d describe as elegant, with a medium body. And remember that body is not an indicator of quality. To be honest, this is a coffee I might not drink every day because of its complexity; of course, it calls for the right psychological and environmental conditions to be fully appreciated.

It’s no coincidence that this coffee is produced by one of the most famous farms in the world, to deliver astonishing sensations. It’s a competition coffee, used both in national competitions and in almost all world championships by top professionals. What makes it unique is its processing, which uses innovative and experimental techniques. So I say: TRY IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!
