Brazilian Full City Roast

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer. It supplies nearly one third of the world coffee market. Coffees from Brazil are known for their simple crowd-pleasing taste and intense sweetness. Here, beans grow at elevations ranging from 2,000 ft.-4,000 ft which is far lower than their Central American and East African counterparts. Consequently, these altitudes produce beans that are relatively mild in acidity. Our Brazilian Full City Roast is sweet, smooth, and well balanced, versus a big bold bright cup.

We roast our single origin Brazilian to a Full City just below the second crack. This creates a medium bodied coffee infused with honey sweetness, cocoa notes and a clean finish.
