blend origins
Etiopia Sidamo
This country produces some of the finest washed Arabica beans. Their exceptionally refined flavor is characterized by medium acidity and citrus and sweet notes. Coffee is harvested once a year, between November and December, and each plant is generally picked four times, with only red, ripe cherries harvested by hand. Grown in the country's central-western region, Sidamo's small but exceptional washed beans are a unique component, bringing together acidity and sweetness in the blend with a light hint of rose.
Colombia Supremo
Colombia is the world's leading producer of washed Arabica coffee, and its beans are renowned for their high quality. The plants grow at elevations of 1,500 to 1,900 meters, where the volcanic soil provides abundant organic nutrients. The harvest runs from October to February. Supremo is one of the finest components, with perfect balance and a smooth flavor that leaves an unmistakable aroma of chocolate and caramel, enriched with slightly citrusy notes of peach and plum.
Brasile Santos
It forms the foundation of our blends. With its renowned beans, Santos gives the blend the roundness needed to harmonize the sensory characteristics of its other components.
Its sweet, aromatic character and light almond notes are accompanied by a well-rounded body and what may be its most distinctive attribute: a pronounced cocoa aftertaste.
India Kaapi Royale
This country grows and processes one of the world's finest Robusta coffees: Parchment. The beans we use in our blend are hand-picked, hulled, washed, and completely free of defects. This gives the espresso a rich, velvety body and unmistakable spicy notes that are difficult to replicate with the same purity from any other origin.

Our decaffeination process
Our Always blend is decaffeinated using a natural method that preserves coffee's aromatic integrity, delivering a rich and satisfying sensory experience.
We use the ethyl acetate process, using an organic compound naturally present in coffee to remove caffeine without compromising the blend's aromatic profile.
Process steps:
- Careful selection of the finest green coffee origins.
- Steam treatment to make the beans more permeable to caffeine extraction.
- Caffeine extraction with ethyl acetate, which absorbs caffeine from the beans.
- Removal of the ethyl acetate through vaporization, leaving the coffee completely free of residue.
- Drying to restore the coffee's original moisture level.
- Quality control to verify that the caffeine content is below 0.1%.
The result is a decaffeinated coffee with a balanced, intense flavor, perfect for anyone seeking the authentic pleasure of coffee without caffeine.
