A rare Colombian coffee variety, Ombligon takes its name from the distinctive “belly button” shape of its bean. Closely associated with the highlands of Huila, it gained international attention at the 2023 World Barista Championship. Produced by Nestor Lasso and naturally processed, this Ombligon varietal micro lot reveals an expressive cup with remarkable sweetness and a silky texture. You have to taste this!
