Notes of panela, sugarcane, and citrus, with complex sweetness of panela and peach, combined with a silky, velvety body, bright acidity with notes of orange and sweetness, and a lingering honeyed finish.
Delicious single-origin coffee from volcanic lands; a selected Caturra-Colombia variety. The balance of aroma, flavor, and acidity are qualities that few Caturra varieties achieve during drying.

TOLIMA VOLCANO
Coffees from this region have been recognized among the 30 highest-quality coffees in the specialty coffee competition called Mejor de Tolima. Tolima is one of the seven coffee-growing regions where Café Cultor is present, and it is Colombia's third-largest coffee-producing region. It has diverse ecosystems that allow for different harvest seasons and therefore offers fresh coffee year-round.
