Distinct yellow and green fruit notes, with complex sweetness prevailing across the palate, combined with a silky, creamy body and bright notes of acidity and sweetness in the long-lasting finish.
A single-origin coffee characterized by its high acidity and 100% organic, chemical-free production. A special harvest from the Cesar region.Description
MANAURE
A sponsored program to plant a thousand coffee plants in Manaure Balcón del Cesar as a replacement for illicit crops resulted in an unexpected niche specializing in coffee.
Families gradually became co-owners of the farms and received industrial equipment and training to improve and streamline coffee production, as well as business empowerment projects. The Serranía de Perijá is probably the most incredible mountain range in South America, considered its own ecosystem known as the peripheral belt of the dry Caribbean. These special characteristics produce exceptional coffees with chocolate notes.
