Prepared as filter coffee, using a V60, Aeropress, or pour-over dripper, for example, Soto’s floral, mango-vanilla notes come through clearly. A clean, sweet coffee with a pleasant cashew note in the finish—ideal for anyone looking for a clean, aromatic filter coffee.
We had to wait longer than expected: This coffee was originally supposed to follow seamlessly in the footsteps of our faithful companion Planadas, but the container was in transit four weeks longer than expected. The wait was worth it—with its arrival, it reveals an even finer structure than we had anticipated from the pre-shipment samples.
