Siciliano coffee is our first master blend, created in 2021, with the challenge of showing consumers that good coffee doesn’t have to be 100% Arabica. That’s why, in creating this coffee that isn’t 100% Arabica, we followed Sicilian master roaster Franco Cottone’s recipe, selecting two types of fine Arabica and Robusta coffees from Brazil.

Description
Our uncle Pedro says that while living in Calatafimi back in the 1960s, he met Franco Cottone, a coffee roaster who prepared his own blend of fine Arabica and Robusta coffees. The memory of his distinguished coffees lives on today. With “Siciliano,” we honor his legacy, which inspires us and shows us the way.
