blend origins

Ethiopia Sidamo

This country produces some of the finest washed Arabica beans. Their exceptionally refined taste features medium acidity and citrusy, sweet notes. Coffee is harvested once a year, between November and December. Each plant is generally picked four times, with only ripe, red cherries harvested by hand. Grown in the country's central-western region, Sidamo's small yet remarkable washed beans make it a unique component, bringing sweet and acidic notes together in the blend with a light hint of rose.

Colombia Supremo

Colombia is the world's leading producer of washed Arabica coffee, and its beans are renowned for their high quality. The plants grow at elevations of 1,500 to 1,900 meters, and the volcanic soil provides them with abundant organic nutrients. The harvest takes place from October to February. Supremo is one of the finest components, with perfect balance and a smooth taste that leaves a distinctive aroma of chocolate and caramel, enriched by slightly citrusy notes of peach and plum.

Brazil Santos

It forms the base of our blends. With its renowned beans, Santos is an origin that gives the blend the roundness needed to harmonize the sensory characteristics of its other components.

Its sweet, aromatic qualities and light almond notes pair with a full body, as well as what may be its most distinctive attribute: a pronounced cocoa aftertaste and a good body.

India Kaapi Royale

This country grows and processes one of the world's finest Robustas: Parchment. The beans we use in our blend are handpicked, hulled, washed, and entirely free of defects. This gives the espresso a rich, velvety body and unmistakable spicy notes, difficult to reproduce with the same purity from any other origin.
