This lot from various small holder farms comes from Chiapas and embodies everything we love about a Mexican coffee. Flavors of dried fig, richly layered brown sugar, toffee, and apple pie. The cup is full bodied but clean, balanced, and smooth. If it has been awhile since you've had a coffee from Mexico grab a bag of this La Concordia and appreciate the hard work and skills of our neighbors to the south!
