My strongest espresso blend, with 40% Robusta, is reminiscent of espresso from Italy, but without tasting bitter.

Brazil – Capricornio Blend – natural – 40%

Colombia – Finca La Roca & Friends – washed – 20%

India – Craigmore Estate – washed – 40%
