Sourced from Santa Rosa de Copán, a region renowned for its rich soil, high altitudes (1,000–1,250 meters), and ideal micro-climates, this coffee is grown by local farmers who cultivate a mix of Catimor, IHCAFE-90, Lempira, Parinema, and Obata varieties. After harvest, the beans are carefully washed and sun-dried, enhancing the natural sweetness and rich flavors of the coffee.
