In Oromia, smallholder farmers grow JARC 74110 and 74112 at 2,000 to 2,300 meters, some of the highest elevations where Ethiopian coffee thrives. Carbonic maceration is a more recent technique, sealing cherries in a controlled environment to let fermentation build slowly. This is craft that takes patience and careful attention.

Passion fruit arrives bright and tropical, macerated cherry adds a deep, wine-like sweetness, and grapefruit lifts everything with a clean, zesty finish. This coffee tastes like the result of farmers willing to experiment at the edge of what their land can give. Every cup carries that curiosity.
