Taste: Milk chocolate, honey, toffee, cashew, green apple, creamy body, sweet finish
We keep asking ourselves whether we need to change our classics: is the quality still there, how are things going with the importers? Usually, everything is fine and works out. Unfortunately, this year wasn't the same for our classic, Finca Santa Isabel from Alejandro Keller, so since January we've been looking for an alternative—and we've succeeded. We're a little sad not to have coffee from Alejandro after four years, but we're looking forward to what's next.
We're proud to say that we've found an amazing new specialty coffee from Guatemala for you that meets 100% of our requirements and is a strong candidate for a long and fruitful partnership with the producers.
