Dossokam -El Salvador

A coffee from El Salvador, from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, one of the country’s most renowned coffee-growing areas for its soils, microclimates, and ideal coffee-growing conditions.

Dossokam is produced by a family-owned exporter with over 100 years of experience in growing, processing, and exporting coffee. The cherries are picked by hand and selectively, choosing only fruit at the optimal stage of ripeness.

A different kind of natural

This coffee is processed using a Natural Sleeping Bag, an open-air drying technique in which the selected cherries are dried using the method known as Sleeping Bag. The result is a coffee with an especially sweet, clean, and fruity expression.

In the cup, we find a profile that combines nectarine and yellow peach with notes of almond and dark chocolate. A balanced, aromatic coffee with pronounced sweetness.
