Peanut butter and chocolate is a classic pairing, and it’s exactly where this Brazilian espresso from Monogram lands.

Daterra’s Cerrado estate has for decades set the pace for Brazilian coffee farming, restoring land, investing in its people and piloting new methods in the field long before sustainability became a talking point. Monogram backs that work directly, sending a percentage of its proceeds from every bag of Daterra coffee sold to Daterra’s own reforestation project, which is restoring ecosystems across the Cerrado.

That same care and attention carry through to this harvest. Daterra’s farm is split into more than 200 plots, and each one gets picked when its own cherries are at their peak. The ripest pickings then go through pulped natural processing, where cherry skins come off yet much of the fruit’s sugar stays on the bean through drying. Sugars from the residual fruit casing give this cup a round, enriched sweetness with a deeper body to carry a shot perfectly.
