Colombia Andino

Bruselas, located in the southern part of Huila, is home to generations of smallholder coffee producers who have helped establish the region as one of Colombia's most respected coffee growing areas. Surrounded by the Colombian Andes, these family farms benefit from the region’s unique climate while combining generations of coffee growing knowledge with new approaches to cultivation and processing. These continued improvements help producers maintain quality while caring for the land passed down through their families.

Only ripe cherries are hand picked before being pulped and fermented for 24–36 hours. The coffee is then washed and slowly dried on covered patios or raised beds for up to 20 days, allowing each lot to develop a clean, expressive profile. Each lot is carefully evaluated to ensure quality and consistency before export, giving producers valuable feedback and allowing them to continue improving their coffee.
