Description

If you are looking for a powerful, full-bodied cup, the Chef's Roast is our ultimate very dark roast coffee. This bold blend was born right here at Inverness Coffee Roasting Co. when local chefs challenged our tasting room to create a coffee with a serious, uncompromising kick. It is a robust, heavy-hitting brew designed specifically for those who love a truly strong coffee.

A Complex Global Blend

To achieve this intense depth, we carefully combine beans from five distinct coffee-growing regions: Indonesia, India, Brazil, Colombia, and Vietnam. By mixing pulped natural, monsooned, and washed processing methods, we create a deeply complex base that stands up perfectly to our heavy roasting process without turning bitter.

Intense Flavour Profile

The result is an exceptionally rich and robust coffee experience. Expect a massive, full-bodied flavour reminiscent of a decadent dark chocolate ganache, delivering a thick and satisfying finish that cuts through milk beautifully.

Key Details:

• Roast Level: Very Dark Roast (Our strongest profile).

• Tasting Notes: Intense, rich, and thick dark chocolate ganache.

• Bean Origins: Indonesia, India, Brazil, Colombia, and Vietnam.

• Processing: A master blend of Pulped Natural, Monsooned, and Washed beans.

• Best Enjoyed: Perfect for a high-intensity espresso, a powerful flat white, or a punchy morning cafetière.

Freshly roasted in the Scottish Highlands for those who need a serious coffee to fuel their day.
