At Fazenda Bela Vista, Alan Batista carries on the family tradition with Alado Coffee, a project centered on sustainable farming. This lot brings together the Paraíso and Catuaí varieties, grown at 1,100 meters and carefully processed at every stage after harvest. In the cup, a clear, elegant profile with a syrupy body and a sweetness that wins you over sip after sip.
