An exceptional coffee from the Los Santos region, known for its clay soil and ideal elevation, which are conducive to growing high-quality beans. The coffee comprises the Catuai Rouge and Caturra Rouge varieties, both selected for their unique flavor profiles.

Grown primarily by the Castro family since the 1970s, this coffee benefits from expertise passed down through generations. Cherries are harvested exclusively by hand between December and February, ensuring a careful selection of fruit at optimal ripeness. After meticulous flotation to remove impurities, the cherries are washed and depulped before being dried traditionally on patios.

The care given to every step of processing, combined with the growing altitude (between 1,400 and 1,600 meters), gives this coffee exceptional aromatic complexity. Although this year's yield is lower than last year's, quality remains a priority for the Castro family, ensuring the beans are sorted by size, density, and color and are ready to offer a harmonious, balanced tasting experience.
