In Mogiana’s Serra dos Ciganos, a community of farmers chose a different path. They stepped away from commodity coffee and decided to work together toward quality. Natural processing on Catuai at 1,200 to 1,350 meters brings depth and complexity that higher altitude creates. This is coffee built on collective commitment.
Curupira comes from farmers who understand their land and each other. Community Serra dos Ciganos grows coffee with intention, and natural processing shows that. Roasted chestnut and chocolate emerge from fermentation and altitude working together. This is what happens when a group refuses to settle.
