The Bob-O-Link is named after a bird that migrates thousands of miles from North America to Brazil to nest in clean environments. That’s a promise. At Fazenda Cruz Alta, they chose to keep it. Their Mundo Novo beans undergo 36-hour anaerobic processing, creating something wild: dried fruits and caramelized nuts dancing with cherry brightness and clean chocolate.
This coffee tastes like intention. Patient fermentation, careful hands, part of something bigger than one farm’s story. It’s what happens when small farmers choose sustainability over shortcuts, when processing becomes an art. Pour it and taste what that commitment actually sounds like.
