A beautiful coffee produced by Tamiru Tadesse, the founder of Alo Coffee. Alo Coffee was launched in the tiny village of Alo in Bensa, Sidama and quickly became a world renown name when they placed both 1st and 5th place in the 2021 Cup of Excellence.
Alo Coffee have become known for their zero fermentation washed process. Cupping this coffee was one of our first times tasting a coffee processed this way and it was impressive. We knew we needed to get this coffee. In the cup, it's reminding us of blackberry, nectarine, cherry, malic acidity with some cantaloupe.
