Two origins that rarely share a bag. Kenya brings the structure: SL28 and SL34 for that dense, blackcurrant-edged acidity, with Ruiru 11 and Batian filling out the body. From Yunnan, Catimor brings the softness, a rounder sweetness that gives the shot somewhere to land.

Both lots are naturally processed, so the fruit is loud. Strawberry up front, deepening toward port wine through the middle, finishing with a creaminess that carries well into milk. Black, it's a fruit bomb with real weight behind it. In a flat white, the strawberry reads almost like a syrup, so there's no need to add one.

Roasted to order in Singapore. Rest 10 to 14 days before pulling, it needs the time.
