3 City Blend is a unique coffee made by combining equal proportions of beans from Mexico and Kenya. Its character stands out with pronounced black currant notes from Kenya and subtle cocoa accents from Mexico. This combination gives the coffee not only a deep, balanced flavor, but also an exceptional balance.
Thanks to the washed processing of both coffees, we achieve a clean and balanced sensory profile. The washing process effectively highlights subtle flavors. Washed processing also helps preserve the coffee beans' original aromas, giving the coffees a wealth of aromas, including floral, herbal, and fruity notes.
The light roast makes it perfect for all pour-over methods.
