Description
Nostalgia in a Cup
Twilight is a blend of beans from Colombia and Brazil, but what makes it special is that the beans from Brazil went through an anaerobic fermentation process. This process is done by sealing coffee cherries in oxygen derived tanks or barrels for several days or hours. This process gives coffee a unique, almost wine-like finish.
When combined with the Colombia beans, this blend brings a touch of nostalgia in one's cup with fruity forward tasting notes of plum, black currant, and chocolate wafers.
Our head roaster, Izzy, loves to make it over ice, using a pour over method, or an Aeropress.
