Elixir Specialty Miramar is grown in the soil of Volcán de Fuego, in the Chimaltenango region of Guatemala. The fertile, mineral-rich soil and the region's distinctive climate allow the coffee to develop and ripen very slowly, concentrating all its qualities and characteristics in every bean.
This high-altitude volcanic coffee, grown above 1,300 meters above sea level, offers a very balanced cup with juicy acidity and notes of milk chocolate, nutmeg, fine wood, and vanilla.
