Elixir Bourbon Rojo Especial is grown in the Espirito Santo do Pinhal region of Brazil. Its distinctive microclimate and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean make this a surprisingly balanced, exceptionally high-quality coffee. It is traditionally grown by a cooperative of small-scale coffee farmers, who harvest the ripest cherries and select the best beans.
This tropical-quality coffee offers a cup with a silky body, plenty of sweetness, and a medium, citrusy, very pleasant acidity.
