Elixir Sidamo Adey Especial is grown in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, which may be considered the birthplace of coffee. Coffee is a key economic driver in Ethiopia, and a large portion of the population depends directly or indirectly on coffee cultivation. Coffee is also very important to the country's culture.
Our coffee is 100% Arabica and grows beneath the dense shade of wild forest, at an altitude of over 1,800 meters above sea level. It is grown using traditional methods that respect the quality of the beans.
It offers a cup with a light body and delicate acidity, full of nuances and citrus and floral aromas.
