Description
This organic and Fairtrade-certified coffee is produced by the Cenfrocafe producers' association in Jaen – Cajamarca, at an elevation of 1,400 to 1,800 m. Founded in 1999, this association of 2,600 small-scale coffee producers farms 8,000 ha and grows the Caturra, Catuai, Pache, Bourbon, and Typica varieties.
The gentle CO2 process was used to remove the caffeine.
