Description
At the foot of Mount Elgon in the Rwenzori Mountains, Norman Mukuru established a center in 2018 to receive and dry green coffee for the surrounding smallholder farmers. Due to challenging conditions such as high humidity, insect damage, and inconsistent harvesting practices, sourcing high-quality coffee in Uganda is very complex. Through strict quality controls and careful selection, this semi-dry natural, called “Kiboko,” was created. We find it juicy and sweet, full-bodied, and subtly floral.
