Pacas, Catuai, Bourbon and Caturra from Los Chelazos, in La Palma and San Ignacio — Chalatenango, El Salvador, 1,200–1,800 m. Washed process, dried on raised beds. In the cup: biscuit, black tea, macadamia. SCA score 85.75. Roasted weekly in our workshop in the 18th arrondissement — 200 g amber jar, returnable and reusable in store.
