Pacamara grown by Wilmer Cuellar at Las Brisas, in Acevedo — Huila, Colombia, at 1,600–1,650 m. Anaerobic natural process, dried in parabolic greenhouses and mechanical dryers. In the cup: pineapple, blueberry, caramel. SCA score: 86.5. Roasted every week in our workshop in the 18th arrondissement — 200 g amber jar, returnable and reusable in the shop.
