Description

Café Pacas is more than a name — it is a family legacy shaped by generations of coffee cultivation in
El Salvador.

This Rume belongs to the Incunables collection, Café Pacas’ most exclusive range of coffees. Originally from South Sudan, the Rume variety is celebrated for its remarkable sweetness, floral aromatics, vibrant fruit notes, and refined acidity.

For this lot, María Pacas selected a natural process that highlights the variety’s elegant and expressive character, giving it the family nickname La Aya, in honor of her sister Aida.

The coffee is grown across the fincas La Esperanza and El Retiro, where the unique microclimates have proven ideal for cultivating Rume at exceptional quality.
