Colombia is the world’s second-largest coffee producer, after Brazil, and “Supremo” coffee—as its name suggests—is the finest Colombian coffee.

A strong, mature coffee with mild acidity and a nutty note; very high quality. Grown at high altitude.

This coffee’s flavor is often described as “silky.”

We roast this coffee to order and ship it promptly, so you receive exceptionally fresh coffee (sometimes even too fresh to drink immediately—we recommend a minimum three-day “resting” period; chemical processes that affect the flavor continue in the coffee during these three days after roasting).

We choose the roast level to suit each coffee and bring out its natural qualities, but we’re also happy to accommodate your preferences.

We package the coffee in three-layer, high-barrier bags that are hermetically sealed and equipped with a degassing valve and a zipper or clip for repeated opening and closing.

We normally ship the coffee whole bean, but on request we can grind it to your preferred coarseness, depending on your brewing method.
