This special edition 100% Gesha coffee from Colombia is grown and produced by Jairo Acrila at Santa Monica. This coffee has been grown to the strict ripeness criteria, as well as floated and hand-sorted to remove any defects. The cherries were then exposed to a 30hr underwater fermentation process before being pulped. This variety was first discovered in Abyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931 and came to Colombia in 2005 . Notes: Floral, Rose Pedal, Blueberry Jam, and Sugar Cane.
