Imma – Bio Kaffee Crema Single Origin Ruanda

Enjoy the exquisite taste of our Rwandan coffee from the “Bio Women Coffee Extension” project, from the picturesque Kamonyi District in Rwanda, in the heart of Africa. This special coffee production was launched in 2018 by the dedicated women Aline and Odette. With great passion and commitment, they founded the “Women Coffee Extension” cooperative to improve the lives of widowed women and smallholder farmers in the region.

The coffee is grown at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters above sea level, where the clay soil provides ideal conditions for growing high-quality Arabica Red Bourbon beans. The beans are roasted slowly and gently using the drum roasting method. With this coffee, you’re not only enjoying an excellent cup with notes of brown sugar, lime, and maple, but also supporting an inspiring initiative that positively impacts the lives of women in Rwanda.

This Crema is excellent for preparing in an espresso machine or fully automatic coffee maker as an espresso, or with milk as a coffee crema.

Thanks to the gentle, slow drum roasting process, which takes 12–15 minutes, the coffee beans develop their full aroma and their natural acidity is largely reduced. The result is an outstanding taste experience for discerning coffee connoisseurs.
