Description

Origin: Honduras Region: Intibucá Farm: El Encino Producer: Suany Mileydi Mazariegos Altitude: 1,750 masl Process: Washed Varietal: IH-90 Tasting Notes: Apricot, Orange Blossom, Caramel Coffee Information:

El Encino is a bright, sweet and beautifully balanced coffee from the highlands of Intibucá, Honduras.

The first sip brings the soft juiciness of ripe apricot, lifted by a gentle orange-blossom fragrance.

As the coffee opens, its fruit character becomes rounder and more generous, moving through red apple and fresh citrus before settling into a smooth caramel sweetness.

Its washed process gives the cup clarity and structure, allowing each flavour to feel distinct without losing its sense of balance. The acidity is lively but gentle, the texture is clean and silky, and the sweetness continues well beyond the final sip.

El Encino is produced by Suany Mileydi Mazariegos, a young producer building on the knowledge passed down through her family while developing her own approach to quality.

The result is a coffee that feels vibrant yet comforting: easy to enjoy at first taste, with more detail waiting as it cools.
