Description
India is known for the best Robusta qualities, which account for 60% of all coffee production. Most of the growing areas are on the western coastal regions of Karnataka, Kerala, and also in Tamil Nadu.
This Indian Cherry Robusta is a high-quality, not too dominant coffee. It is ideal for espresso blends and guarantees an intensive, beautiful taste experience even when roasted by type. Due to the high oil content, this Robusta creates a nice and stable crema. Indian coffee is inherently much less acidic than coffee from Central and South America. The coffee is therefore well tolerated, especially by coffee drinkers with sensitive stomachs.
It is a high-quality, large-bean Robusta (quality Cherry AA, unwashed).
