Ethiopia coffee beans are renowned in coffee consumption circles as being the original coffee beans. And most importantly, Ethiopia is the birthplace of the Arabica plant.

Legend has it that coffee was first discovered in the region of Kaffa way back in 850 AD by an Ethiopian goat herder patrolling the foothills.
