Description
El Capitan stands both for the granite monolith in Yosemite National Park and for the fusion of the diverse coffee flavors of Brazil, India, and Mexico. Subtle fruit sweetness is supported by a creamy body with pronounced notes of dark chocolate. El Capitan stands out for its complexity and balance in equal measure. We recommend preparing it in an espresso machine, automatic coffee maker, or moka pot.
