The coffee from our farm in Santa Bárbara, Antioquia, without the caffeine. Notes of chocolate, caramel and yellow fruits, like Lomaverde, in an even softer cup. Decaffeinated with ethyl acetate, a natural compound found in sugarcane and bananas that draws out caffeine like a magnet, leaving the coffee 99.9% caffeine-free.
