A well-balanced Colombian coffee with a red-fruit profile and notes of strawberry, chocolate and honey. Named after Alto de Letras, an 80 km climb in Tolima that is one of the longest in world cycling. Like coffee, cycling is part of Colombian culture.

- Varieties: Caturra, Colombia and Castillo
- Process: washed, fermented and sun-dried
