A natural Geisha produced by Nestor Lasso in Bruselas, in the department of Huila, Colombia. The Geisha variety originated in the Ethiopian town of Gesha and is celebrated for its elegance, highlighted here by natural processing. A lot from the Coffee Heroes series.

The producer

Finca El Diviso is located in Bruselas, on volcanic soils. Nestor Lasso manages the project with his brother Adrian and in partnership with fellow producer Jhoan Vergara. Trained at SENA, he is known for experimental fermentation protocols (anaerobic phases, oxidation, use of cherry leachate) applied to distinctive varieties such as Bourbon Ají, Sidra, and Ombligón. One of his anaerobic natural Sidras was used in the winning routine at the 2022 World Barista Championship.
