Description

This coffee comes from the Sul de Minas region, one of Brazil’s most renowned growing areas for high-quality, consistent high-altitude coffees. Grown at around 1,300 meters, it benefits from a temperate climate and soils that encourage slow maturation, resulting in aromatic complexity and a balanced cup.

It is made from the Caracoli – Bourbon Amarelo variety, a rare botanical trait: each cherry contains a single bean instead of the usual two. This characteristic allows for a greater concentration of sugars and aromas, producing more intense, rounded, and expressive coffees.

Processed using the washed method, this coffee has a clean, clear cup while retaining lovely fullness. Its flavor profile is decidedly full-bodied, led by dominant, deep, and grounding dark chocolate. Caramel and almond notes come through in the background, adding sweetness and elegance.

The cup is rounded and harmonious, with a silky mouthfeel and a lingering finish, without excessive acidity. A generous yet balanced coffee, ideal for those seeking a rich, refined, and perfectly balanced cup, whether as espresso or brewed using other methods.
