Description

Colombian and Mexican Arabicas are gently decaffeinated using the natural Mexican Mountain Water process. Pure water from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico’s highest mountain, bathes the beans and gently draws out the caffeine while preserving their natural character and flavour. Bom Dia is taken further in the roaster to produce a darker, fuller-bodied coffee that is particularly well suited to espresso. Layers of bittersweet chocolate and caramelised nuts create a rich, satisfying base, softened by a subtle citrus warmth from the Colombian beans. Deeply flavoursome and beautifully balanced, Bom Dia delivers all the richness and intensity of a traditional espresso without the caffeine.
