“Pink Lynx” Blend

Tasting profile: molasses, cherries in syrup, citrus
The Pink Lynx Blend combines beans from Colombia with a predominance of Brazil. The ideal proportions in this coffee mean you'll taste cherries in syrup, sweet molasses, and citrus. The balanced flavors come from blending two coffees processed in different ways. The deep sweetness comes from Brazil, which is naturally processed, while the fruity notes come from Colombia, which is washed.
Lynx, also known as Rychu, is Europe's largest wild cat. Only a few people get the chance to see one in its natural habitat. So we featured it on our label, where it adorns this light-roast coffee blend.

V60 dripper:
