Basecamp is a bright, floral coffee with notes of orange and a crisp finish. We keep the roast light-medium to let those flavors come through.
From Keffa, Ethiopia
We source this Zema Washed lot through Swift Coffee Sourcing, from a single harvest on Dinkalem Ademe’s farm near Bita. Zema means melody or sacred song in Amharic, a name Swift chose for its team’s connection to music.
Much of Dinkalem’s farm is forested, and his plans for its future include replacing older coffee trees and creating more opportunities for neighboring growers.
